Product Description | Specs for Glock 19X OEM Frame
Glock molds this frame from high-strength polymer and finishes it in the factory Coyote Tan color, giving it a distinctive tactical appearance that stands apart from standard black builds. Engineers removed the finger grooves found on earlier generations for a cleaner, more versatile grip, and they added a flared magazine well with a front-frame cutout to speed up reloads.

Compatibility
This frame accepts Glock 19X and Glock 45 slides, as both models share the same full-size Gen 5 frame paired with a compact-length slide. It won’t accept Gen 3 or Gen 4 slides without modification, since Glock changed the rail geometry and barrel specifications for this generation. Pair this frame with a compact Gen 5 slide assembly to complete a factory-spec crossover pistol build.
Materials & Finish
Glock reinforces this frame’s polymer construction with steel guide rails and a locking block insert to handle the repeated stress of slide cycling. The Coyote Tan finish carries the same wear and corrosion resistance as Glock’s standard black finish while giving the frame its distinctive military-heritage appearance.

FAQs
Q: What makes the 19X frame different from a standard Glock 19 or Glock 17 frame? A: The 19X uses a full-size Glock 17-length frame paired with a compact Glock 19-length slide, creating a crossover configuration developed originally for U.S. military trials.
Q: Does this frame accept Gen 3 or Gen 4 slides? A: No. This frame uses Gen 5-specification rail geometry and barrel specs, so earlier-generation slides won’t fit without modification.
Q: Does this frame include the lanyard loop? A: Yes. The lanyard loop is molded into the base of the grip, a feature inherited from the model’s military trials origin.
Q: Does the complete frame include the trigger mechanism? A: Yes. The complete version ships with the trigger mechanism housing, trigger bar, and all internal fire control components pre-installed.
